Ingredients

  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 250 g Spinach
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 100G Oleo
  • - Tortilla Wraps
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Then, stir in the tomato and green chili, cooking until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3. Mix in turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala, cooking for another minute to blend the spices.
  4. 4. Add the fresh spinach to the pan and sauté until wilted, approximately 2-3 minutes. Remove the mixture from the heat and set aside.
  5. 5. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with 1 teaspoon of salt. Pour the eggs into a non-stick pan over medium heat, stirring gently until scrambled, about 3-4 minutes.
