- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 250 g Spinach
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100G Oleo
- - Tortilla Wraps
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Then, stir in the tomato and green chili, cooking until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
- 3. Mix in turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala, cooking for another minute to blend the spices.
- 4. Add the fresh spinach to the pan and sauté until wilted, approximately 2-3 minutes. Remove the mixture from the heat and set aside.
- 5. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with 1 teaspoon of salt. Pour the eggs into a non-stick pan over medium heat, stirring gently until scrambled, about 3-4 minutes.
- 6. Combine the scrambled eggs with the spinach mixture, stirring well to integrate the flavors.
- 7. Warm the whole wheat flatbreads on a skillet. Place the egg and spinach mixture onto each flatbread, sprinkle with fresh coriander leaves, and roll tightly into wraps.
