Ingredients
- 500 ml Water
- - KATDARE FARMAS EGGS CURRY MASALA 10GM
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 1 piece Coconut
- - Onion
- 100 G Kolhapuri Masala
- 250g Green Chilli
- 250g Coriander
- 10G Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- Step 1: In a deep pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté chopped onions until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
- Step 2: Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, and Kolhapuri masala. Cook until oil separates from the masala.
- Step 3: Add grated coconut and green chilies, stir well for 2 minutes. Slowly pour 250ml water and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Step 4: Gently add boiled eggs to the curry and let it cook for another 5 minutes. Adjust salt to taste.
- Step 5: For the jeera rice, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and sauté until aromatic.
- Step 6: Add soaked rice and stir gently. Pour 150ml water, add salt to taste, and cook covered on low flame until rice is done.
- Step 7: Garnish egg curry with fresh coriander and serve hot with jeera rice!
