- 25 g Parsley
- 1 pc (1 L) Sofit Unsweetened Almond Milk Drink
- 125 g Mooz Butter Garlic & Herbes
- 16 g Orika Oregano
- 150 g Spring Onion (Kandychi Path)
- 250 g Spinach - Chopped
- 300 g Nutty Yogi Almond Flour (With Skin)
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 1/4 cups almond flour, 1 finely chopped green onion, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- 3. Stir in 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk until a dough forms.
- 4. Roll out the dough on a flat surface to 1/4-inch thickness.
- 5. Use a star-shaped cutter to cut out 16 stars and place them on an ungreased baking sheet.
- 6. Bake the stars in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
- 7. Remove the stars from the oven, brush them with 1 tablespoon melted butter, and allow them to cool slightly.
- 8. Once cooled, carefully split each star in half horizontally.
- 9. Spread 1/4 cup sugar-free honey mustard evenly on the top halves of the stars.
- 10. Layer 1 cup fresh spinach leaves on the bottom halves of the stars.
- 11. Assemble the stars by placing the top halves over the spinach and serve immediately.
