About this recipe
A satisfying keto-friendly dinner omelet featuring creamy feta cheese, fresh dill, and scallions, perfect for those seeking a low-carb solution.
Ingredients
- 250 g Spring Onion
- 25 g Parsley
- 100 g Mooz Feta Greek Cheese Block
- 400 Ml Kara Coconut Cream
- 1 pc (52 g) On1Y Paprika Powder
- 1 kg Akar Powder Salt
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Milky Mist Cooking Unsalted Butter
Instructions
- 1. If the feta cheese is too salty, soak it in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain well and crumble into fine pieces.
- 2. In a bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese, chopped scallions, and paprika, then set aside.
- 3. In a large bowl, whisk together the coconut cream, salt, and pepper until frothy.
- 4. Melt the butter in a 10-inch omelet pan over medium heat until it bubbles rapidly.
- 5. Pour half of the coconut cream mixture into the pan and stir gently until it begins to set, about 1 minute.
- 6. Continue cooking the mixture until almost fully set, running a thin spatula around the edges to prevent sticking, about 1 1/2 minutes.
- 7. Sprinkle half of the feta mixture evenly over the omelet, reduce the heat to very low, cover, and cook for 1 minute.
- 8. Slide the omelet onto a plate, folding it over if desired. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients to make a second omelet.
- 9. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley and a sprinkle of paprika.
