Ingredients
- 400 g Licious Chicken Breast Boneless
- Pcs Dr Oetker Peanut Butter
- 100 g On1Y White Sesame Seeds
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 750 ml Catch Clear Lemon N Lime Flavoured Water
- 1 kg Puro Healthy Salt (Sendha Namak)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly coat a baking dish with a small amount of water to prevent sticking.
- 2. Season 1 lb of chicken breast fillets with a pinch of salt and pepper, then arrange them in the prepared baking dish.
- 3. In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of water. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined. If you prefer a thinner sauce, add 1-2 additional tablespoons of water and mix again.
- 4. Spoon the peanut butter mixture evenly over the chicken fillets, ensuring they are well coated. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds over the top.
- 5. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink inside. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- 6. Remove the dish from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy your high-protein peanut chicken with your favorite side dish.
