Ingredients

  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
  • 100 g Celery Stalk
  • 2 Pieces Red & Yellow Bell Pepper - Protected Cultivation
  • 1 ltr Amul Calci+ Calcium Rich High Protein Milk
  • 500 g Whole Farm Premium Kabuli Chana (Big Size)
  • 990 g Kellogg'S Oats
  • 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
  • 10 g Fresh Thyme

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. 2. Finely chop 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 celery stalk, and 1/4 bell pepper. Set aside.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of cooked kabuli chana, the chopped vegetables, 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts, 1 cup of oats, 1 cup of milk, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of thyme. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  4. 4. Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan, pressing it down evenly to form a compact loaf.
  5. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the top is golden brown and the loaf is firm to the touch.
