  • 5 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (5 Kg)
  • 45 g On1Y Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 pack (100 g) Town Grocer Black Raisins
  • 1 kg Nutty Yogi Oats Flour (Gluten Free)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. 2. In a medium saucepan, heat 3 cups of soy milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
  3. 3. Gradually stir in 7 oz of oats flour, whisking continuously to avoid lumps, and cook for 3-4 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  4. 4. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup chia seeds, 4 oz melted butter, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon until well combined.
  5. 5. Slowly add the cooled oats flour mixture to the chia seed mixture, stirring constantly to combine.
  6. 6. Fold in 1/2 lb raisins, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  7. 7. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. 8. Let the pudding cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm as a hearty dinner option.
