- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Ketchup Glass
- 4.6 ltr Saffola Active Refined Cooking Oil Blend Of Rice Bran & Soyabean Oil
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the venison strips and cook, stirring frequently, until the meat is browned and almost cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- 2. Add the sliced green pepper, chopped onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir occasionally and cook until the vegetables are softened and fragrant, about 4-5 minutes.
- 3. In a small bowl, mix the ketchup, soy sauce, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt. Pour this mixture into the skillet with the meat and vegetables.
- 4. Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the ingredients evenly.
