Ingredients

  • 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Ketchup Glass
  • 4.6 ltr Saffola Active Refined Cooking Oil Blend Of Rice Bran & Soyabean Oil
  • 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the venison strips and cook, stirring frequently, until the meat is browned and almost cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. 2. Add the sliced green pepper, chopped onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir occasionally and cook until the vegetables are softened and fragrant, about 4-5 minutes.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix the ketchup, soy sauce, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt. Pour this mixture into the skillet with the meat and vegetables.
  4. 4. Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the ingredients evenly.
  5. 5. Serve the venison stir-fry hot over steamed rice or enjoy it on its own.
