- 250g Garlic
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 200 g Sour Cream
- 750 Ml Kalverts White Vinegar
- 100 g Salt
- 1kg Lemon
- - Onion
- 250 g Cucumber

- 1. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and slice them thinly into rounds using a sharp knife or mandoline slicer. Place the slices in a large mixing bowl. Cut some onions.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix the sour cream, salt, coriander, garlic and black pepper. Stir completely.
