  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 1Bunch Pudina
  • 120 g Burger Buns
  • 100G Oleo
  • 1 Kg Sarwarpanko Breadcrumbs
  • - Besan
  • 300 g Ginger Paste
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Chicken Breast

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken mince, ginger paste, cumin powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, chopped bell peppers, green chilies, mint leaves, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the chicken mixture and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and slightly browned. Set aside to cool.
  3. 3. Prepare a thick batter using gram flour and a pinch of salt. Add enough water to achieve a smooth, pourable consistency.
  4. 4. Take each burger bun, slice it in half, and hollow out a small portion of the center to create space for the filling.
  5. 5. Stuff the cooked chicken mixture into the hollowed buns, pressing gently to secure the filling.
  6. 6. Dip the stuffed buns into the gram flour batter, ensuring they are completely coated, then roll them in breadcrumbs for an even crust.
  7. 7. Heat the remaining oil in a deep pan or skillet over medium heat. Fry the coated buns for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. 8. Remove the buns from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain any excess oil. Serve hot with mint chutney or your favorite dipping sauce.
