Ingredients
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 500 g Onion
- medium Chilli Green Long
- - Chicken Breast Slices
- 1 l Refined Soyabean Oil
- 200 g Table Salt
- 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
- 100 g Amchur Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- - Red Chilli Powder
Instructions
- 1. Chop the chicken breast slices into small pieces and blend them in a food processor until finely minced.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the minced chicken with finely chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, and grated onion.
- 3. Add one tablespoon each of Everest cumin powder, Everest garam masala, Everest dhaniya powder, and Everest kutilal red chilli powder to the mixture.
- 4. Add 1 tablespoon of amchur powder, 1 tablespoon of Smith & Jones ginger garlic paste, and salt to taste.
- 5. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly to ensure they are evenly incorporated and form into a dough-like consistency.
- 6. Grease your hands with sunny soya fit refined soybean oil and shape portions of the mixture onto skewers.
- 7. Preheat a grill or non-stick pan and coat it with a light layer of soybean oil.
- 8. Grill the skewers over medium heat, turning occasionally, until the kebabs are cooked through and have a nice charred surface.
- 9. Once cooked, remove the kebabs from the skewers and serve hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.
