Ingredients
- 400 g Licious Chicken Breast Boneless
- 6 pcs Licious Brown Eggs
- 500 ml Amul Slim 'N' Trim Double Toned Milk
- 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
- 100 g Conscious Food Whole Organic Cashews
- 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 1L & Mustard Oil 1L Pet
- 80 g Knorr Vegetables Stock Cubes
- 150 g Spring Onion (Kandychi Path)
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 Unit Cj Korean Pancake Flour Mix
- 1 kg Akar Powder Salt
- 100 g Everest White Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut 1 lb of boned, skinned chicken breast into 1 x 1 1/2-inch pieces.
- 2. Dredge the chicken pieces in 1 cup of flour and let them stand for 15 minutes.
- 3. In a bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of milk, 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper, and a pinch of salt. Add the chicken pieces to the mixture and let them stand for 10 minutes.
- 4. Dredge the marinated chicken pieces in flour again, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- 5. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F. Deep fry the chicken pieces in batches for 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Drain on paper towels.
- 6. Cook 2 cups of rice according to package instructions and divide between serving bowls.
- 7. Spoon vegetable stock over the rice and top with the fried chicken pieces.
- 8. Garnish with 1/4 cup of cashews, 2 chopped green onions, and a drizzle of soy sauce to taste. Serve immediately.
