Ingredients
- - Nigella Seeds
- 500 ml Water
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 250g Green Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 10G Salt

Instructions
- Step 1: Grind the soaked poppy seeds into a smooth paste using a small amount of water. Set aside.
- Step 2: Heat 2 tablespoons of mustard oil in a pan until it begins to smoke lightly, then reduce the heat.
- Step 3: Add nigella seeds and slit green chilies to the hot oil. Sauté for a few seconds until aromatic.
- Step 4: Add the potato wedges and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
- Step 5: Sprinkle turmeric powder and salt over the fish fillets. Gently add them to the pan and lightly fry for 2 minutes on each side.
- Step 6: Pour the poppy seed paste over the fish and potatoes. Mix gently to coat everything evenly.
- Step 7: Add 200 ml of water to the pan, bring to a simmer, and cook for 10-12 minutes until the fish and potatoes are tender.
- Step 8: Taste and adjust salt if needed. Serve hot with steamed rice for a complete meal.
