  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • - Garlic Powder
  • 200 g Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 kg Beef Boneless
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 52 g Paprika Powder
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat a skillet on medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and cook the beef for 6-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from heat and shred them into thin pieces.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded beef with paprika, cumin, garlic powder, black pepper, chili powder, and salt. Mix well to coat evenly.
  3. 3. Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil in the skillet. Add chopped bell pepper and green chili, sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened. Mix these into the seasoned beef.
  4. 4. Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the beef mixture onto each, along with shredded cheddar cheese. Roll tightly to form flautas.
  5. 5. In the same skillet, fry the flautas on medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Remove and drain excess oil on paper towels.
  6. 6. Prepare the yogurt dip by whisking together plain yogurt, a pinch of paprika, and a dash of chili powder for added spice.
  7. 7. Serve the crispy flautas hot, garnished with shredded lettuce, alongside the yogurt dip for a refreshing balance.
