Ingredients
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- medium Chilli Green Long
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- - Garlic Powder
- 200 g Cheddar Cheese
- 1 kg Beef Boneless
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 52 g Paprika Powder
- 200 g Dahi
- 100 g Salt
- 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
Instructions
- 1. Preheat a skillet on medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and cook the beef for 6-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from heat and shred them into thin pieces.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded beef with paprika, cumin, garlic powder, black pepper, chili powder, and salt. Mix well to coat evenly.
- 3. Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil in the skillet. Add chopped bell pepper and green chili, sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened. Mix these into the seasoned beef.
- 4. Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the beef mixture onto each, along with shredded cheddar cheese. Roll tightly to form flautas.
- 5. In the same skillet, fry the flautas on medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Remove and drain excess oil on paper towels.
- 6. Prepare the yogurt dip by whisking together plain yogurt, a pinch of paprika, and a dash of chili powder for added spice.
