Ingredients
- 200 g Tendercuts Chicken 65 Boneless
- 100 g Milky Mist Skyr High Protein Plain Yogurt
- 50 g The Select Aisle Bread Crumbs
- 100 g Agapi Natural Greek Yogurt
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 1 pc (52 g) On1Y Paprika Powder
- 290ml Lea And Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
- 100 g Habanero Hot Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Rinse 500 g of chicken thoroughly under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- 2. In a bowl, mix 400 g of plain yogurt, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce, and 1/4 tsp hot sauce until well combined.
- 3. Place the chicken in a shallow dish and pour the yogurt mixture over it, ensuring all pieces are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to marinate.
- 4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 5. Prepare a breading mixture by crushing your favorite crackers or bread into fine crumbs. Roll each piece of marinated chicken in the crumbs until fully coated.
- 6. Arrange the breaded chicken pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
