  • 250g Coriander
  • 200 ml Sesame Oil
  • NaN Sattu I Roasted Bengal Gram Flour
  • 500 Gms Rice Flour
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 10G Salt
  • 50 g Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, grated carrots, mashed green peas, and chopped capsicum.
  2. Step 2: Add the roasted gram flour and rice flour to the vegetable mixture. Mix well to create a binding texture.
  3. Step 3: Season the mixture with cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Step 4: Fold in the chopped coriander leaves for an aromatic touch.
  5. Step 5: Shape the mixture into round patties or cutlet shapes, ensuring uniform thickness.
  6. Step 6: Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes.
  7. Step 7: Arrange the cutlets in the air fryer basket in a single layer and lightly spray them with oil.
  8. Step 8: Air-fry the cutlets at 180°C for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway to ensure even crisping.
