- NaN Sattu I Roasted Bengal Gram Flour
- 500 Gms Rice Flour
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 10G Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, grated carrots, mashed green peas, and chopped capsicum.
- Step 2: Add the roasted gram flour and rice flour to the vegetable mixture. Mix well to create a binding texture.
- Step 3: Season the mixture with cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
- Step 4: Fold in the chopped coriander leaves for an aromatic touch.
- Step 5: Shape the mixture into round patties or cutlet shapes, ensuring uniform thickness.
- Step 6: Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes.
- Step 7: Arrange the cutlets in the air fryer basket in a single layer and lightly spray them with oil.
- Step 8: Air-fry the cutlets at 180°C for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway to ensure even crisping.
- Step 9: Remove the cutlets once golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
