Ingredients
- 1 pack (200 g) Godrej Real Good Medium Prawns Peeled & Deveined (Freshly Frozen)
- 100 g Lemon
- 250 g Jasmine Rice
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 1 kg Beetroot
- loose Ginger
- - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
- 60G Primi Piatti Red Chilli Flakes
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 25 g Whole Black Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the prawns under cold water and pat them dry using a paper towel.
- 2. Cook the jasmine rice by rinsing it, then boiling with 240ml of water until fluffy.
- 3. Heat the cooking oil in a wok over medium heat and add finely minced garlic.
- 4. Add the prawns to the wok and stir-fry until they turn pink and are cooked through.
- 5. Toss in frozen mixed vegetables and continue stir-frying for 3-4 minutes.
- 6. Grate fresh turmeric and add it to the wok alongside ginger powder for an earthy flavor.
- 7. Pour in soy sauce, lemon juice, and sprinkle in the chilli pepper mix, stirring well to coat everything evenly.
- 8. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, adjusting to taste.
- 9. Allow the mixture to simmer for 2 minutes to blend the flavors and slightly thicken the sauce.
- 10. Serve the stir-fried prawns and vegetables over the steamed jasmine rice.
