Ingredients
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 1 pack (200 g) Godrej Real Good Medium Prawns Peeled & Deveined (Freshly Frozen)
- 250 g Jasmine Rice
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then cook it in a pot with 300 ml of water until fluffy.
- 2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat and sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- 3. Add the prawns to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are fully cooked through.
- 4. Remove the prawns and set aside, then add the broccoli and red bell pepper to the same skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- 5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water to create a smooth sauce.
- 6. Pour the sauce into the skillet with the vegetables and stir well until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
- 7. Return the cooked prawns to the skillet and toss to coat them evenly in the sauce.
- 8. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, and sprinkle chopped spring onions on top.
