About this recipe

A flavorful Thai-inspired stir-fry featuring tofu, fragrant basil, and a tangy soy-lime sauce served with steamed cauliflower rice.

Ingredients

  • - Basil Leaves
  • 307 g Morinaga Firm Tofu
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 1 pc (300 g) Priya Lime Pickle In Lime Juice With Garlic
  • 100 g Garlic
  • 1 kg Rice
  • 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
  • - Coconut Oil
  • 100 g Salt
  • 50 g Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and cut the cauliflower into florets, then process into rice-sized pieces using a food processor.
  2. 2. Heat a large pan over medium heat and add coconut oil, letting it melt and coat the pan.
  3. 3. Finely chop garlic and red chili, then sauté in the pan for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. 4. Cut tofu into small cubes and add it to the pan, stirring gently to avoid breaking the pieces.
  5. 5. Add soy sauce, lime juice, salt, and black pepper to the pan, stirring to combine well with the tofu.
  6. 6. Toss in the fresh basil leaves and cook for another minute, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  7. 7. In a separate pan, lightly sauté the cauliflower rice with a pinch of salt for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  8. 8. Plate the cauliflower rice as the base, then top it with the tofu and basil stir-fry.
  9. 9. Garnish with a few extra basil leaves if desired, and serve hot.
