Ingredients

- 307 g Morinaga Firm Tofu
- 1 head Cauliflower
- 1 pc (300 g) Priya Lime Pickle In Lime Juice With Garlic
- 100 g Garlic
- 1 kg Rice
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- - Coconut Oil
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash and cut the cauliflower into florets, then process into rice-sized pieces using a food processor.
- 2. Heat a large pan over medium heat and add coconut oil, letting it melt and coat the pan.
- 3. Finely chop garlic and red chili, then sauté in the pan for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
- 4. Cut tofu into small cubes and add it to the pan, stirring gently to avoid breaking the pieces.
- 5. Add soy sauce, lime juice, salt, and black pepper to the pan, stirring to combine well with the tofu.
- 6. Toss in the fresh basil leaves and cook for another minute, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- 7. In a separate pan, lightly sauté the cauliflower rice with a pinch of salt for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- 8. Plate the cauliflower rice as the base, then top it with the tofu and basil stir-fry.
- 9. Garnish with a few extra basil leaves if desired, and serve hot.
