Ingredients
- 307 g Morinaga Firm Tofu
- 500 g Carrot
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- 500g Good Life Raw Peanuts 500 G
- 1 Kg Frozen Pink Guava Pulp
- 100 g Garlic
- 1 kg Rice
- 100 g Curryit Tamarind Paste (Preservative Free)
- 30G Chili Flakes
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- - Coconut Oil
Instructions
- 1. Cut tofu into small cubes and set aside for stir-frying.
- 2. Peel and julienne the carrots and shred the cabbage finely.
- 3. Crush the peanuts lightly for garnish and set aside.
- 4. Heat coconut oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- 5. Add tofu cubes to the pan and stir-fry until golden brown.
- 6. Mix soy sauce, tamarind pulp, and chili flakes in a small bowl.
- 7. Add shredded cabbage and julienned carrots to the pan with tofu.
- 8. Pour the prepared sauce over the vegetables and tofu, stirring well.
- 9. Cook for 5 minutes until vegetables are tender but crunchy.
- 10. Serve the stir-fry hot, garnished with crushed peanuts.
- 11. Accompany the stir-fry with steamed rice for a complete meal.
