  • 200 G Star Lion Rice Vermicelli
  • 800 G Fun Food Peanut Butter Crunchy
  • 700 Ml Healthy Boy Thai Soy Sauces
  • 200 ml Sesame Oil
  • 500 g Sugar
  • 100 g Hing Khoda
  • 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 500g Good Life Raw Peanuts 500 G
  • 100 g Til
  • 1 bunch Spring Onion
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, sugar, and hing until smooth to make the peanut sauce.
  3. 3. Heat a large pan over medium heat and add a teaspoon of sesame oil. Stir-fry shredded cabbage and bell peppers for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
  4. 4. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and pour the peanut sauce over them. Toss everything together gently to coat the noodles evenly.
