- 1 pack Mushrooms Button
- 250 g Jasmine Rice
- - Basil Leaves
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- 100 g Garlic
- - Red Chilli
- 1 ltr Pansari Tilsari Edible Vegetable Oil
- 1 pc (300 g) Priya Lime Pickle In Lime Juice With Garlic
- 500 g Organeekz Organic Brown Sugar
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the jasmine rice thoroughly under cold water and cook it in a pot with double the water until fluffy.
- 2. Clean and slice the button mushrooms into thin pieces, ensuring even cooking.
- 3. Mince the garlic and slice the red chili thinly for added aroma and spice.
- 4. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat and sauté garlic and chili until fragrant.
- 5. Add the sliced mushrooms to the wok and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until they release their juices and soften.
- 6. Stir in soy sauce, lime juice, and brown sugar to create a balanced tangy and savory sauce.
- 7. Toss in the fresh basil leaves, gently stirring until they wilt and infuse the dish with their aroma.
- 8. Adjust the seasoning as needed with a pinch of salt or extra soy sauce.
- 9. Plate the stir-fried mushrooms alongside the steamed jasmine rice for a complete meal.
