- 1 pack (200 g) Godrej Real Good Medium Prawns Peeled & Deveined (Freshly Frozen)
- 200 ml Pantai Sweet Chili Sauce
- 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the prawns thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- 2. Peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger, then slice the spring onions into thin rounds.
- 3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- 4. Add the prawns to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
- 5. Pour the sweet chili sauce over the prawns, stirring gently to coat them evenly. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- 6. Wash the rice under running water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.
- 7. In a separate pot, combine the rice, coconut milk, water, and salt. Bring to a boil over high heat.
- 8. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer the rice for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked and fluffy.
