  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Chicken Breast
  • 200Ml Kara Coconut Milk Classic (200ml)
  • 200 ml Fish Sauce
  • 700 Ml Healthy Boy Thai Soy Sauces
  • 100 g Lemon
  • - Dry Red Chillies
  • 500g Good Life Raw Peanuts 500 G
  • 100 g Salt
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 500 g Sugar
  • 1 liter Sunflower Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut milk, red Thai curry paste, fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, lime zest, sugar, and salt. Mix well to form a marinade.
  3. 3. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and coat them thoroughly. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
