Ingredients
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 200 g Delichic Chicken Broth
- 30 Pieces Dr.Hen Table White Egg 30 Pcs
- 150 g Spring Onion (Kandychi Path)
- 1000 g Japanese Choice Jasmine Ready To Cook Thai Rice
- 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 870G & Mustard Oil 1L Pouch
- 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt
- 1 pc (50 g) Everest Tasteeto Black Pepper | Grinder Cap Bottle
- 1 pack (100 g) Eastern Dry Ginger Powder
Instructions
- 1. Soak 100 g of long rice in boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain and cut into 2-inch lengths.
- 2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 3. Add 1 clove of crushed garlic and 1 tsp grated ginger to the pan. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute, then remove from the pan.
- 4. Crack 1 egg into the pan and scramble it until fully cooked, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks.
- 5. Pour in 2 cups of chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 6. Add the prepared long rice to the pan and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 7. Slowly pour in 1 beaten egg while stirring gently to create ribbons of cooked egg.
- 8. Turn off the heat and let the dish rest for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 9. Garnish with 1 sliced green onion and serve immediately.
