  • 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
  • loose Ginger
  • 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
  • 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 200 G Spring Onion(200Gm)
  • 1 ltr Anveshan Cold Pressed Black Sesame Oil
  • - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
  • 100 g Dabur Honey
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 25 g Whole Black Pepper
  • 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
  • 100 g Lemongrass
  • 250 g Jasmine Rice

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water and cook it as per package instructions until soft and fluffy.
  2. 2. Finely chop the lemongrass, garlic, and ginger to create an aromatic base for the stir-fry.
  3. 3. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and season it with salt and black pepper.
  4. 4. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat and sauté the lemongrass, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
  5. 5. Add the chicken strips to the pan and stir-fry until they are cooked through and slightly golden on the edges.
  6. 6. Cut the carrots and bell peppers into thin strips and toss them into the pan, cooking for 3-4 minutes.
