- 100 g Dabur Honey
- 250 g Tendercuts Basa Boneless Fillet F&S
- 250 g Jasmine Rice

- - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
- 200 ml Fish Sauce
- - White Pepper
- 500 g Weikfield Cornstarch Amazingly Versatile Gluten Free
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 200 G Spring Onion(200Gm)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water and cook it in a pot with 480 ml of water until tender and fluffy.
- 2. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves and shallots; set them aside for the glaze preparation.
- 3. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, fish sauce, and white pepper to create the glaze base.
- 4. Coat the fish fillets lightly with cornstarch to help them crisp up while cooking.
- 5. Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and sear the fish fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
