  • 100 g Dabur Honey
  • 250 g Tendercuts Basa Boneless Fillet F&S
  • 250 g Jasmine Rice
  • - Shallots
  • - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
  • 200 ml Fish Sauce
  • - White Pepper
  • 500 g Weikfield Cornstarch Amazingly Versatile Gluten Free
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 200 G Spring Onion(200Gm)

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water and cook it in a pot with 480 ml of water until tender and fluffy.
  2. 2. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves and shallots; set them aside for the glaze preparation.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, fish sauce, and white pepper to create the glaze base.
