Ingredients
- - Fresh Tofu
- 100 g Quinoa
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 1 bunch Thai Basil
- 100 g Til
- 60G Primi Piatti Red Chilli Flakes
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 236 ml Maple Syrup
- 250g Green Chilli
- - Rice Flour
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Asafoetida Powder
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled tofu, cooked quinoa, chopped bell peppers, Thai basil, rice flour, sesame seeds, soy sauce, red chili flakes, turmeric powder, and asafoetida. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly combined.
- 2. Shape the mixture into small bite-sized patties or balls using your hands, pressing gently to ensure they hold their shape.
- 3. Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Once hot, place the patties or balls in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- 4. While the bites are cooking, prepare the dipping sauce by whisking together coconut , lime juice, maple syrup, and finely chopped green chili in a small bowl.
- 5. Once the bites are cooked, transfer them to a serving plate. Serve hot with the prepared dipping sauce on the side.
