- 1 piece Coconut
- 1 pack (200 g) Godrej Real Good Medium Prawns Peeled & Deveined (Freshly Frozen)
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Suhana Chicken Biryani Spice Mix 50g Pouch
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the prawns under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- 2. In a bowl, mix rice flour, turmeric powder, salt, and water until it forms a smooth batter.
- 3. Heat a non-stick skillet and lightly grease it with vegetable oil.
- 4. Pour a ladle of the rice batter onto the skillet, spreading it evenly to form a pancake.
- 5. Cook the pancake on medium heat for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 6. In another bowl, marinate the prawns with coconut milk, fresh coriander, and the chili pepper spice mix.
- 7. Heat oil in an air fryer-safe pan and place the marinated prawns evenly in a single layer.
