Ingredients

  • 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
  • - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
  • 1 bunch Thai Basil
  • - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
  • 510 g Oyster Sauce
  • 200 ml Fish Sauce
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 250 g Jasmine Rice

Instructions

  1. 1. Dice the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and salt to prepare the marinade.
  3. 3. Toss the diced chicken in the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  4. 4. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C while preparing the basil and garlic.
  5. 5. Mince the garlic and slice the red chili; set aside for later use.
  6. 6. Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
