Ingredients

  • - Fresh Tofu
  • 250 g French Beans
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • - Rice Vinegar
  • - Dry Red Chillies
  • 1 bunch Thai Basil
  • 100 g Til
  • - Coconut Oil
  • 100 g Hing Khoda
  • 100 g Cornflour
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine -free soy sauce, agave syrup, rice vinegar, black pepper powder, and cornstarch. Mix well to create the sauce and set it aside.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tbsp coconut oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the cubed tofu and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden and slightly crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. Add the remaining coconut oil to the skillet. Sprinkle hing and stir for 30 seconds to release its aroma.
  4. 4. Add the green beans, snap peas, and red bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for 5-6 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  5. 5. Add the cooked tofu back to the skillet, along with the prepared sauce and sliced red chili. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
