Ingredients
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
- 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
- 500 g Chicken Whole
- 100 g Lemon Grass
- 1 Kg Sarwarpanko Breadcrumbs
- 200 ml Fish Sauce
- 120 g Burger Buns
- 60G Primi Piatti Red Chilli Flakes
- 700 Ml Healthy Boy Thai Soy Sauces
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, lemongrass paste, red chili flakes, panko breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- 2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty, about 1-inch thick. Set the patties aside.
- 3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, place the patties in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 75°C/165°F).
- 4. Lightly toast the burger buns in the same skillet or on a griddle for 1-2 minutes until warm and slightly crisp.
- 5. Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by a chicken patty. Drizzle with additional sweet chili sauce if desired, then top with the other half of the bun.
