Ingredients

  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 250 G Masur Dal
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 2 pcs Zucchini
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 60G Primi Piatti Red Chilli Flakes
  • 200 ml Sesame Oil
  • 500g Good Life Raw Peanuts 500 G
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the lentils thoroughly and cook them in a medium-sized pot over medium heat until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add asafoetida, turmeric powder, and red chili flakes, and sauté for 30 seconds to release the aromas.
  3. 3. Add the bell peppers, zucchini, and tomatoes to the pan. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender but still vibrant.
