Ingredients
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250 G Masur Dal
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 2 pcs Zucchini
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 60G Primi Piatti Red Chilli Flakes
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- 500g Good Life Raw Peanuts 500 G
- 100 g Lemon
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the lentils thoroughly and cook them in a medium-sized pot over medium heat until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- 2. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add asafoetida, turmeric powder, and red chili flakes, and sauté for 30 seconds to release the aromas.
- 3. Add the bell peppers, zucchini, and tomatoes to the pan. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender but still vibrant.
- 4. Mix in the cooked lentils, soy sauce, and peanut , stirring well to coat the lentils and vegetables evenly. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes to combine the flavors.
