  • 1 bunch Thai Basil
  • 1 bunch Spring Onion
  • 500 g Chicken Whole
  • - Dry Red Chillies
  • 700 Ml Healthy Boy Thai Soy Sauces
  • 200 ml Fish Sauce
  • 510 g Oyster Sauce
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 1 liter Sunflower Oil
  • 500 g Sugar
  • 100 g Cornflour

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces with 1 tbsp soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 10 minutes while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chopped Thai chilies and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
