  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • - Chilli Green Big
  • - Olive Oil
  • 500 g Onion
  • 250g Organic Jalapeo
  • 100 g Garlic
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 30 g Smoked Paprika Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Hing Khoda
  • 100 g Salt
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a medium pot over medium heat. Add cumin powder, smoked paprika, turmeric powder, and asafoetida, and stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
