- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 500 g Black Beans
- 400G Chtoura Dark Red Kidney Beans
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- - Olive Oil
- 50 g Asafoetida Powder
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 250 g Cucumber
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 200 g Black Salt

- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked black beans, kidney beans, shredded cabbage, diced bell peppers, chopped tomatoes, and cucumber.
- 2. Prepare the dressing by whisking together lime juice, olive oil, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, black salt, and asafoetida in a small bowl.
- 3. Pour the dressing over the bean and vegetable mixture and toss well until everything is evenly coated.
