Ingredients
- 30 Pieces Dr.Hen Table White Egg 30 Pcs
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Paste
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 2 Pieces Red & Yellow Bell Pepper - Protected Cultivation
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 250 g Mirchi Powder (Bedagi)
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 870G & Mustard Oil 1L Pouch
- 750 ml Catch Clear Lemon N Lime Flavoured Water
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 egg, 1 tsp mirchi powder, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and 2 tbsp tomato paste. Mix until well combined.
- 3. Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- 4. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat and add 1 tbsp mustard oil. Brown the balls on all sides, about 5 minutes.
- 5. Remove the balls from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add 1 diced sambar onion, 1 diced bell pepper, and 2 minced garlic cloves. Sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
- 6. Stir in 2 tbsp tomato paste and 1/2 cup water, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Bring to a simmer.
- 7. Return the balls to the skillet, nestling them into the sauce. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the balls are fully cooked.
- 8. Serve the balls hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
