Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 1 pc (50 g) On1Y Pepper Grinder
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Paste
- 525 g Veeba Herby Tomato Pizza & Pasta Sauce
- 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
- 125 g Cremini Mushroom
- 200 g Hydroponic Sweet Bell Pepper (Cocktail)
- 100 g Jk Jeera Powder / Cumin Powder
- 100 g Dg1 Garlic Powder
- 1 kg Tata Plus Iron Health, Double Fortified Salt
Instructions
- 1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 cup of sliced cremini mushrooms. Cook until browned, breaking them up with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess liquid.
- 2. Add 1 diced sambar onion to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- 3. Stir in 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 1/2 tsp salt, and 1 1/2 tsp pepper. Cook for 1 minute to toast the spices.
- 4. Add 1 cup of diced bell pepper, 2 tbsp tomato paste, and 1 cup of herby tomato sauce to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
- 5. Mix in 1 cup of uncooked rice and 1 cup of sliced mushrooms. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender and has absorbed the liquid.
