  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 500 g Carrot
  • 100 g Celery Stalk
  • 1 pc Cabbage Red
  • 500 ml Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 50 g X 3 Milagro Farm Smoked Paprika Combo
  • 200 g Hommade Tomato Puree
  • 400G Chtoura Foods Boiled Chickpeas In Brine
  • 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt
  • 100 g Jk Jeera Powder / Cumin Powder
  • 1 pc (50 g) Everest Tasteeto Black Pepper | Grinder Cap Bottle
  • 200 g Urban Platter Vegetable Bouillon & Broth Powder
  • 1 pack (100 g) Catch Red Kuti Mirch
  • 200 g Green Peas (Peeled)

Instructions

  1. 1. Dice 1 onion, 2 carrots, and 2 celery stalks. Shred 1/2 head of cabbage.
  2. 2. In a large pot, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion, carrots, and celery, and sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
  3. 3. Add 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon of ground cumin, and 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder to the pot. Stir well to coat the vegetables with the spices.
  4. 4. Add 1 can (15 oz) of tomato puree, 1 can (15 oz) of chickpeas (drained and rinsed), 1 can (15 oz) of chickpeas (drained and rinsed), and 1 can (15 oz) of peas (drained). Stir to combine.
  5. 5. Pour in 4 cups of water mixed with vegetable bouillon powder and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Add the shredded cabbage to the pot and cook for an additional 10 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
