  • 1 kg Jackfruit
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Black Beans
  • - Olive Oil
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 30 g Smoked Paprika Powder
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 50 g Asafoetida Powder
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add asafoetida, smoked paprika, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir for 30 seconds to release the spices' aroma.
  2. 2. Add the shredded jackfruit to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it softens and absorbs the spices.
