  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 1 kg Beef Sirloin
  • 500g Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)
  • 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
  • 200 ml Sesame Oil
  • 50 g Honey
  • - Rice Vinegar
  • 100 g Til
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 1 kg Idli Rice
  • 60G Primi Piatti Red Chilli Flakes
  • 100 g Garlic
  • loose Ginger
