- 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
- 1 bunch Spring Onion
- 1 kg Beef Sirloin
- 500g Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- - Rice Vinegar
- 50 g Honey
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 100 g Til
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 250 g Cucumber
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
- 1 kg Basmati Rice

- 1. In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, chili powder, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- 2. Add beef strips to the marinade, ensuring they are thoroughly coated. Cover and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- 3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef strips and cook for 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned and fully cooked.
