  • 1 bunch Spring Onion
  • 1 kg Beef Sirloin
  • 500g Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)
  • 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
  • 200 ml Sesame Oil
  • - Rice Vinegar

  • 100 g Til
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 1 liter Sunflower Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, chili powder, and black pepper to create the marinade.

  4. 4. Prepare the salad by combining lettuce, cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, and spring onions in a large bowl.
  5. 5. Assemble the bowls by placing a layer of cooked white rice at the base, topping it with the prepared salad, and adding the cooked beef strips.
  6. 6. Garnish each bowl with toasted sesame seeds and serve immediately.
