Ingredients
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 1 l Milk
- 200 g Table Salt
- 100 g Baking Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F) and grease 4 small oval or rectangular baking molds with butter or cooking oil.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together 160g of crushed party snack (crushed into smaller pieces if needed), 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp sugar, and a pinch of table salt.
- 3. In a separate bowl, beat 1 white egg and mix it with 1/4 cup milk and 2 tbsp melted butter. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until just combined to avoid overmixing.
- 4. Pour a thin layer of the batter into each greased baking mold, filling about 1/3 of the way.
- 5. Add 1 tbsp of cooked and crumbled chicken bacon to each mold, distributing it evenly over the batter.
- 6. Carefully crack 1 white egg into a small bowl first to ensure no shell fragments, then gently slide the egg on top of the batter in each mold. This ensures even cooking and reduces food safety risks. Sprinkle a pinch of table salt and black pepper over each egg.
- 7. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of each mold, ensuring even coverage.
- 8. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-22 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown, the egg whites are fully set, and the yolks are cooked to your desired doneness.
- 9. Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, and carefully remove the egg breads from the molds. Serve warm.
