  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • 350 g Laa Frozen Mutton Boneless
  • 50 g Whole Farm Premium White Sesame Seeds (Polished)
  • 1 ltr Anveshan Cold Pressed Black Sesame Oil
  • 20 g Whole Farm Premium Star Anise
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • - EVEREST DRY GINGER POWDER 50GM
  • - KATDARE BLACK PEPPER POWDER 12GM
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
  • 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
  • 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
  • 200 G Spring Onion(200Gm)

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold water and soak it for 15 minutes in a bowl of water.
  2. 2. Heat a saucepan with 400 ml water, add the soaked rice, and cook until tender, then drain and set aside.
  3. 3. Heat sesame oil in a large frying pan over medium heat and add star anise for aromatic flavor.
  4. 4. Add sliced onions to the pan and sauté until golden and translucent, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Add diced mutton to the pan and cook for 5 minutes until lightly browned on all sides.
  6. 6. Stir in green chili, ginger powder, black pepper powder, and salt, mixing well to coat the mutton evenly.
