- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Fresh Tofu
- 250 g Spinach
- 2 pcs Zucchini
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 500 G Brown Rice
- 396Ml Tamari
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- 50 g White Sesame Seeds
- 250 G Sempio Gochujang
- 250 g Carrot
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- 100 g Salt
- 25 g Whole Black Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into small cubes. Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a non-stick pan and sauté the tofu until golden and crisp on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- 2. In the same pan, lightly sauté the spinach, bean sprouts, zucchini (thinly sliced), and red bell pepper (julienned) with a pinch of salt and pepper for 2-3 minutes until just tender but still crisp.
- 3. In a small bowl, mix the -free gochujang, soy-free tamari, sesame oil, asafoetida, and a dash of warm water to create a smooth sauce.
- 4. To assemble, divide the cooked brown rice into two bowls. Arrange the sautéed vegetables, tofu, and bean sprouts around the rice in sections for a colorful presentation.
