- 500g Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)
- 50 g Honey
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- - Rice Vinegar
- 100 g Til
- - Dry Red Chillies
- 100 g Cornflour
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
- 100 g Salt

Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, gochujang, honey, sesame oil, and rice vinegar to create the marinade. Mix well until smooth.
- 2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper. Add the cornstarch and toss to coat evenly.
- 3. Heat the neutral cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken thighs for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
