- 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
- - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
- 100 g Dabur Honey
- - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
- 100 g Whole Farm Premium White Sesame Seeds
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
- loose Ginger
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 1 ltr Anveshan Cold Pressed Black Sesame Oil
- 200 G Spring Onion(200Gm)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold water and set aside to drain.
- 2. In a pot, add the rice, water, and a pinch of salt, then bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 12-15 minutes until cooked.
- 3. While the rice cooks, mince the garlic and ginger finely for the chicken glaze.
- 4. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken thighs on both sides until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- 5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and ginger to create the glaze.
- 6. Pour the glaze over the chicken in the skillet, reduce the heat, and let the chicken simmer for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked and coated in the sticky sauce.
- 7. Once the rice is cooked, fluff it with a fork and stir in sesame oil and toasted sesame seeds for added flavor.
- 8. Slice the spring onions thinly and sprinkle them over the glazed chicken before serving.
