Ingredients
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Fresh Tofu
- 450 g Fire Kimchi
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- - Rice Vinegar
- 100 g Til
- 250 g Cucumber
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Cornflour
- 50 g Asafoetida Powder
Instructions
- 1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture by placing it between two plates with a weight on top for 15 minutes. Once pressed, cut the tofu into small cubes.
- 2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, gochugaru, and asafoetida to make a marinade. Add the tofu cubes and toss gently to coat. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- 3. Coat the marinated tofu cubes evenly with cornstarch to create a light crust.
- 4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with a small amount of sesame oil. Pan-fry the tofu cubes until they are golden and crispy on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- 5. In the same pan, lightly sauté the green bell pepper for 2 minutes to retain its crunch. Remove from heat and set aside.
- 6. Assemble the snack by placing the crispy tofu, sautéed bell pepper, and a small portion of kimchi on a plate. Garnish with cucumber slices, sesame seeds, and chopped coriander.
- 7. Serve immediately as a warm and flavorful snack.
