  • 50 g Honey
  • 200 ml Sesame Oil
  • - Rice Vinegar
  • 100 g Til
  • - Chilli Green 100 G
  • 1 bunch Spring Onion
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • 90 g Dark Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. In a small bowl, whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and rice vinegar to make the glaze. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef strips and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef and set aside.
  3. 3. Lower the heat to medium and pour the prepared glaze into the skillet. Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. 4. Return the cooked beef strips to the skillet and toss them in the glaze until fully coated. Cook for another 2 minutes, ensuring the beef absorbs the flavors.
