Ingredients
- 1 kg Beef Sirloin
- 500g Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)
- 50 g Honey
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- - Rice Vinegar
- 100 g Til
- - Chilli Green 100 G
- 1 bunch Spring Onion
- 250 g Cucumber
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. In a small bowl, whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and rice vinegar to make the glaze. Set aside.
- 2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef strips and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef and set aside.
- 3. Lower the heat to medium and pour the prepared glaze into the skillet. Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened.
- 4. Return the cooked beef strips to the skillet and toss them in the glaze until fully coated. Cook for another 2 minutes, ensuring the beef absorbs the flavors.
