Ingredients
- 1 kg Beef Sirloin
- 450 g Fire Kimchi
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- 100 g Til
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- 7g Chilli Flakes
- 500 G Sugar
Instructions
- 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef strips and cook for 3-5 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- 2. Lower the heat to medium and stir in the kimchi, sesame oil, soy sauce, and gochugaru. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and fragrant.
